Website Experience Survey Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
Eligibility:
No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants, contractors and employees of Gardner White Furniture Co., Inc ("Owner”), as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prizes). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Limit one entry per person. Only one prize per household.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2026 at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time ("Sweepstakes Period") with the following entry periods:
Entry Period 1: Begins June 1, 2026 at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Entry Period 2: Begins October 1, 2026 at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time.
To Enter:
Complete an official online entry after completing an online website experience survey accessed through a popup on https://www.gardner-white.com/ which includes providing a valid phone number and email address. We are not responsible for incorrect information. Use of any automated system to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Alternatively, eligible participants may enter by emailing their name, phone number and home mailing address to marketing.corp@gardner-white.com using the subject line “Website Experience Survey Sweepstakes Entry”. Email must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be valid.
Prize(s):
On or about October 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027, a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period will be conducted to select one (1) winner per Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during respective entry period. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to each of the winners: One (1) VISA Gift Card valued at Five Hundred dollars ($500.00). Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Owner reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by phone call or email. Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than January 31, 2027. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be chosen.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Owner is final. Owner will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Owner shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Owner is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, software, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Owner’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Owner reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/on to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the Owners, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winners) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prizes.
General:
Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Center and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.
Privacy:
Unless an entrant has selected to "opt-in" to receive the Center Bulletin and other marketing information from Owner on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Center or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.
