Official Sweepstakes Rules
2026 Season of Celebrating Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")
Eligibility:
No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants, contractors and employees of Gardner White Furniture Co., Inc ("Owner”), as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prizes). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Only one prize per household.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins October 13, 2026 at 9:30 am Eastern Standard Time and ends October 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the following steps on Instagram: 1. Follow the official @GardnerWhite Instagram account. 2. Comment on the Sweepstakes post by tagging at least one (1) other valid Instagram user (each individual comment with a unique tag counts as one (1) entry). No limit to the number of entries.
Tagged users must be real, active Instagram accounts. Entries that tag inactive, fake, duplicate, or business accounts may be disqualified at Owner’s sole discretion. All entries must be received during Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Owner, not Instagram. Instagram is released from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.
Alternatively, eligible participants may enter by emailing their name, phone number and home mailing address to marketing.corp@gardner-white.com using the subject line “2026 Season of Celebrating Sweepstakes Entry”. Email must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be valid. Limit one email entry per person.
Prize(s):
On or about October 23, 2026, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to select one (1) winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to the winner: One (1) Gardner White Gift Card valued at Two Thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Owner reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by Instagram Message and Direct Message or by email and telephone for alternative means of entry. Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Winner must reply within 5 days or a new winner will be chosen. Winner must complete required paperwork by November 22, 2026 or a new winner will be chosen. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected
Limitation of Liability:
By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Owner is final. Owner will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Owner shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Owner is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, software, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Owner’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Owner reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/on to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the Owners, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winners) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prizes.
General:
Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Center and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.
Privacy:
Unless an entrant has selected to "opt-in" to receive the Center Bulletin and other marketing information from Owner on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Center or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.
Winners' List:
For a copy of the Official Winner's List, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Owner at 200 E. Long Lake Road Suite 300, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304, Attn: Gardner White Brand Marketing Winner's List for Season of Celebrating 2026 Sweepstakes.
