Children’s Foundation Promotion - Official Promotion Rules

1. Eligibility Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as the date of purchase. Contractors and their respective employees, employees of Gardner White Furniture Co., Inc. (“Owner”), as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited by local, state or federal regulations.

2. Promotion Overview Owner is conducting the Promotion as a charitable giving promotion. For every purchase over $500 at Owner’s participating locations, Owner will make a charitable contribution of $50 to The Children’s Foundation (“Charity”) in accordance with these Official Promotion Rules. Promotion is being conducted with the following Promotion Periods:

Promotion Period 1: Starts July 9, 2026 at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time and ends August 4, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). Participating locations for Promotion Period 1 include: all Gardner White, Gardner White Mattress, GW Home and GW Outlet locations.

Promotion Period 2: Starts August 6, 2026 at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time and ends September 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). Participating locations for Promotion Period 2 include: Gardner White Portage located at 550 Ring Rd, Portage, MI 49024 and Gardner White Grand Rapids located at 4375 28th Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512.

Regardless of the number of eligible transactions recorded during the Promotion Period, Owner guarantees a minimum total charitable contribution of $500,000 to the Charity. Owner’s maximum total charitable contribution shall not exceed $600,000.

Purchases made before the start date or after the end date will not qualify as eligible transactions, regardless of when delivery occurs. Owner reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion Period at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

To qualify as an eligible transaction, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

A. Minimum Purchase Amount The customer's single qualifying purchase transaction must have a net purchase price of $500 or more (after any applicable discounts, coupons, or promotional pricing, but before taxes, delivery fees, and other non-merchandise charges).

B. Delivery Requirement The customer must take delivery of the purchased merchandise on or before the last day of the respective Promotion Period. Transactions where merchandise has not been physically delivered to the customer's designated delivery address or picked up in-store by the end of the respective Promotion Period will not qualify as eligible transactions, regardless of when the purchase was made or paid for.

C. Payment Full payment for the eligible transaction must have been received by Owner, or a financing arrangement must have been fully executed and approved by the applicable lender, on or before the end of the respective Promotion Period.

1. Exclusions The following transaction types and purchase categories are expressly excluded from the Promotion and will not be counted as eligible transactions:

• Purchases made online at www.garder-white.com

• Prior purchases — any transaction completed before the start of the Promotion Period, regardless of delivery date

• Gift cards, store credits, and promotional certificates

• Delivery fees, installation charges, warranty plans, service agreements, and other non-merchandise fees

• Exchanges, returns, or re-purchases of previously purchased merchandise

• Commercial, wholesale, or business-to-business purchases

• Any transaction that is subsequently cancelled, returned, or charged back prior to Gardner White's contribution to the Charity

• Purchases made through third-party platforms or unauthorized resellers

1. Contribution Payment and Terms Owner will remit the total accumulated charitable contribution to the Charity within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Contributions are made by Owner on behalf of Owner or its affiliates, not on behalf of any individual customer. Customers will not receive a charitable tax deduction as a result of their purchase. Participation in this Promotion does not entitle any customer to a tax deduction for charitable contributions. The charitable contribution is made solely by Owner. Customers should consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contributions.

2. Limitation of Liability Owner makes no representation or warranty regarding the use of donated funds by the Charity. The Charity is an independent organization and Owner’s is not responsible for the Charity's activities, programs, or use of contributed funds.

By participating in Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these rules. Owner will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules. However, Owner shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify or cancel the Promotion without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.

Participants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the Owners, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from participant’s participation in this Promotion.

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
