Official Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility: No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Contractors and employees of Gardner White Furniture Co., Inc ("Owner”), as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prizes). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Limit one entry per person. Limit one prize per household.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins July 9, 2026 at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time and ends August 4, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
To Enter: OPTION 1: MAKE AN IN-STORE PURCHASE Visit a participating Gardner White Showroom including GW Home, GW Outlet and Gardner White Mattress locations and make a qualifying in-person purchase of at least $500.00 in a single transaction during the Sweepstakes Period and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. See exclusions below.
Exclusions: The following transaction types and purchase categories are expressly excluded from the Sweepstakes and will not be counted as eligible transactions: * Purchases made online at www.garder-white.com * Prior purchases: any transaction completed before the start of the Promotion Period, regardless of delivery date * Gift cards, store credits, and promotional certificates * Delivery fees, taxes, installation charges, warranty plans, service agreements, and other non-merchandise fees * Exchanges, returns, or re-purchases of previously purchased merchandise * Commercial, wholesale, or business-to-business purchases * Any transaction that is subsequently cancelled, returned, or charged back prior to Gardner White's contribution to the Charity * Purchases made through third-party platforms or unauthorized resellers
OPTION 2: ONLINE ENTRY
Alternatively, eligible participants may receive one entry by completing an official online entry form at www.Gardner-White.com which includes name, email address and phone number. We are not responsible for incorrect information. Use of any automated system to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Prize(s): On or about August 5, 2026, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to select six (6) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to each of the winners:
First Winner: two (2) season tickets to the Detroit Lions 2026-2027 season for a total prize package valued at five thousand two hundred seventy-eight dollars ($5,278).
Second Winner: four (4) VIP Grandstand Tickets to the 2026 America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade presented by Gardner White, one (1) VIP Parking Pass, and four (4) tickets to the VIP watch party at GW Home on parade morning for a total prize package valued at one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).
Third Winner: one (1) Gardner White gift card valued at five thousand dollars ($5,000) with design consultation from GW Design.
Fourth Winner: One (1) Family four (4) pack of tickets to the John Ball Zoo located in Grand Rapids, MI valued at ninety-nine dollars and 80/100 ($99.80) and a John Ball Zoo gift package valued at one hundred fifty dollars ($150) for a total prize package valued at two hundred forty-nine dollars and 80/100.
Fifth Winner: One (1) 2027 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix VIP Experience Package including: two (2) Chairman Suite Passes, 2 Pit Passes and parking pass for a total prize package valued at three thousand dollars ($3,000).
Sixth Winner: One (1) signed DCFC jersey and four (4) tickets valid for the October 3, 2026 DCFC game for a total prize package valued at three hundred twenty dollars ($320).
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Owner reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by email and phone. Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than September 30, 2026. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected.
Limitation of Liability: By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Owner is final. Owner will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Owner shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Owner is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, software, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online
Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Owner’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Owner reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/on to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the Owners, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winners) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prizes.
General: Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Owner and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.
Privacy: Unless an entrant has selected to "opt-in" to receive emails and other marketing information from Owner on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Owner or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database, except as otherwise required by law.
