UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE WARRANTY
The "Furniture Protection Plan Warranty" (hereinafter the "Warranty") is effective for four (4) years from the date of delivery shown on the consumer’s original receipt (hereinafter the "Consumer"). FPP warrants that the furniture protection products exclusively distributed by FPP are designed to prevent accidental stains or other accidental damage to the component parts of furniture treated with such products subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

FURNITURE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
New Fabric. Leathers, Bonded Leather and Vinyl upholstered residential furniture

WARRANTY COVERAGE INCLUDES:
ON FABRIC OR MICROFIBER
• Household food and beverage stain
• Accidental rips and tears
• Stains from human and pet saliva, urine, stomach fluid, or blood
• Ball point pen ink, wax crayon, facial cosmetics, or nail polish
• Color transfer from blue jeans or newspaper

ON LEATHER, BONDED LEATHER, OR VINYL
• Household food and beverage stain
• Stains from human and pet saliva, urine, stomach fluid, or blood
• Accidental rips and tears
• Ballpoint pen ink, wax crayon, facial cosmetics, or nail polish
• Cracking or peeling of top grain leather in seating areas
• Color transfer from blue jeans or newspaper
• Cracking or peeling in non-seating areas

HOW THE LIMITED WARRANTY WORKS
If Consumer's new furniture with FPP protection and covered by the Warranty becomes accidentally stained or damaged as described above during normal RESIDENTIAL use, and Consumer cannot correct the stain or damage using FPP's products and/or procedures, FPP will, at its sole discretion, clean, repair or replace the affected portion or the complete item(s) with the same or a similar item(s) having a retail purchase price less than or equal to the original purchase price of the affected item(s). FPP will do a one-time replacement of an individually covered item. For purposes of this Warranty and as used in every instance herein, "item" will be defined as a specific and individual piece of furniture and each "item" purchased will be considered to be separate and distinct from any other pieces of furniture purchased.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Within five (5) days of the stain or damage occurring, contact our customer service department using our toll free number 888-705-4001. This Warranty is not transferable. Consumer is the only individual eligible for coverage. Consumer must have received the treated item(s) from the retailer free of stains or damage. This Warranty does not cover stains or damage resulting from transit of treated items. If the treated item(s) is/are not maintained as required by the furniture manufacturer warranty or Consumer does not cooperate with the reasonable request of FPP in its efforts to perform its obligations, this Warranty becomes void.

WHEN CALLING FOR SERVICE CONSUMER MUST HAVE:
• The original receipt showing the Consumer's proof of purchase for furniture protection plan
• The date of the occurrence of the stain or damage

THE SERVICE PROCESS
• FPP may provide free professional stain removal, repair advice and/or products to aid in the cleaning or repair of the stained or damaged area or item(s).
• If the stain or damage persists, FPP may arrange for a no charge in-home service by a professional technician.
• If FPP's designated technician determines that stain removal or damage repairs must occur off-site, the treated item(s) will be removed and returned at no cost.
• If FPP's designated technician cannot remove the stain or effect repair, FPP, at its sole discretion, may elect to replace the affected area.
• FPP, at its sole discretion, may elect to offer a one-time replacement of the treated item(s) if the affected area cannot be repaired or replaced. Consumer may select a new replacement item(s) equal in value to the original purchase price of the affected item(s).
• Service or replacement is limited to the affected item(s) only.
• FPP is not responsible for dye lot or texture variations.
• Replacement selection will be done at the original place of purchase; otherwise, FPP, at its sole discretion, will refund a pro-rated portion of the purchase price of this Warranty. Replaced item(s) become the property of FPP. Replacement limited to $15,000.00 per warranty purchase.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS
This product Warranty does not cover anything not specifically listed in the "Warranty Coverage" section of this Warranty; in transit damage and/or stains; failure to comply with the treated item's manufacturer warranty; willful abuse or misuse; stains from: dye, caustic solution, bleach, felt tip marker, tobacco products, or stains of unknown origin; chewing gum; soiling or damage from normal use, body oil, hair oil, perspiration; darkened or lightened areas where head and legs contact furniture; generalized or accumulated soiling, cracking, peeling, or scratching from wear or tear, maintenance and/or everyday use; any stain or damage to vinyl or damage from pets, odors, fading, or color loss and/or discoloration except as listed in the "Warranty Coverage" section herein; any "X" coded and/or non-color fast fabrics; any treated item(s) sold "as-is"; used, and/or without manufacturer warranty and/or retailer's warranty; any costs or damage from repair and/or cleaning by anyone without written authorization from FPP; any cleaning and/or repair products and/or procedures without written authorization from FPP; any damage by FPP or products not used according to product instructions; all natural characteristics that cause appearance variation; failure or loosening of threads or separation of seams along seam lines; consequential or incidental damages except those expressly covered herein; personal injury damages; lost profits, lost savings, or other economic damages; loss of use of the treated item(s); furniture in storage, utilized for commercial use, non-residential, rental or in-home day care businesses; damage from prolonged exposure to fire or heat; damage from fraud, intentional acts, war, hostilities, terrorism, vandalism and acts of God.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This Warranty is not renewable or transferable and does not supersede any warranty provided by the manufacturer of the treated item(s). FPP's failure to exercise certain rights under this Warranty does not waive those rights. Technicians referred to in this Warranty may be independent contractors of FPP and may not be employees of FPP. FPP assumes no responsibility for statements or claims made by technicians, or anyone other than FPP employees. FPP assumes no liability, incidental to or in connection with, services provided by its independent contractors. Any provision contained herein which is found to be contrary to state or local laws shall be deemed null and void and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any controversy or claim for damages arising out of, or relating to, this Warranty or Breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. FPP, the distributor of the warranted furniture protection product, is the entity that is financially and legally obligated to perform the service specified in this Warranty.

WOOD LIMITED WARRANTY
This "Furniture Protection Plan Warranty" (hereinafter the "Warranty") is effective for four (4) years from the date the consumer(s) shown on the original receipt (hereinafter the "Consumer") purchased FPP Wood Repair products. FPP warrants that the Wood Repair products exclusively distributed by FFP are designed to remove stains or repair damage to the component parts of wood furniture subject to the terms and condition set forth below.

WARRANTY
FPP Wood Repair products are designed to repair the types of stains or damage as more fully set forth below for new qualifying wood furniture purchased in conjunction with FPP Wood Repair products. Failure of FPP Wood Repair products to correct any of the following during normal residential use represents a failure of the FPP Wood Repair products to operate as warranted herein.

FURNITURE COVERED BY TNIS WARRANTY
New Wood Dining, Bedroom, or Occasional Residential Furniture

WOOD REPAIR PRODUCTS WARRANTY COVERAGE
• Household food and beverage product stain, excluding accumulation of food and beverage
• Accidental singe or heat marks caused by brief contact with flame or heat
• Accidental damage from finger nail polish or finger nail polish remover
• Water or household beverage marks; stains or rings
• Accidental scratches penetrating through the top coat finish
• Accidental dents, gouges or chipping
• Peeling of the finish of solid wood or veneer surfaces

HOW THE LIMITED WARRANTY WORKS
If consumer's new wood furniture purchased in conjunction with Wood Repair products becomes accidentally stained or damaged as described above during normal RESIDENTIAL use, and Consumer cannot remove the stain or repair the damage using FPP Wood Repair products in accordance with product directions, FPP will, at its sole discretion, clean, repair, or replace the affected portion or the complete item(s) with the same or a similar item(s) having a retail purchase price less than or equal to the original purchase price of the affected item(s). For purposes of this Warranty and as used in every instance herein, "item" will be defined as a specific and individual piece of furniture and each "item" purchased will be considered to be separate and distinct from any other piece of furniture purchased. This Warranty pertains to the performance of FPP Wood Repair products and does not supersede any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the wood furniture.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
Within five (5) days of the stain or damage covered by the Warranty occurring, and in the event the Wood Repair products do not fix the stain or damage, contact our customer service department using our toll free number 888-705-4001. This Warranty is not transferable. Consumer is the only individual eligible for coverage. Consumer must have received new wood furniture purchased in connection with FPP Wood Repair products from the retailer free of stains or damage. This Warranty does not cover stains or damage resulting from transit of wood furniture. If Consumer does not maintain the new wood furniture as required by the furniture manufacturer warranty or Consumer does not cooperate with the reasonable request(s) of FPP in its efforts to perform its obligations, this Warranty becomes void.

• The date of the occurrence of the stain or damage and the date on which the repair was attempted by the consumer

THE SERVICE PROCESS
• FPP may provide free professional stain removal, repair advice, and/or products to aid in the cleaning or repair of the stained or damaged area or items.
• If the stain or damage persists, FPP may arrange for a no charge in-home service by a professional technician.
• If FPP's designated technician determines that stain removal or damage repairs must occur off-site, the item(s) will be removed and returned at no cost.
• If FPP's designated technician cannot remove the stain or effect repair, FPP, at its sole discretion, may elect to replace the affected area.
• FFP, at its sole discretion, may elect to replace the item(s) if the affected area cannot be repaired or replaced. Consumer may select a new replacement item(s) equal in value to the original purchase price of the affected item(s).
• Service or replacement is limited to the affected qualifying wood furniture.
• FPP is not responsible for color, dye lot or texture variations.
• Replacement selection will be done at the original place of purchase; otherwise FPP, at its sole discretion, will refund a pro-rated portion of the purchase price of Wood Repair products. Replaced item(s) become the property of FPP. Replacement limited to $15,000.00 per customer.

This product Warranty does not cover anything not specifically listed in the "Warranty Coverage" section of this Warranty: in transit damage and/or stains; failure to comply with the affected item's manufacturer warranty; willful abuse or misuse; stains from: dye, caustic solution, bleach, felt tip marker, tobacco products, or stains of unknown origin; chewing gum, soiling or damage from normal use, generalized or accumulated soiling, cracking, or scratching from wear or tear, maintenance and/or everyday use; failure of joints on chairs; any stain or damage from pets, odors, or color loss and/or discoloration except as listed in the " Warranty Coverage" section herein; any wood furniture sold "as-is," used, and/or without manufacturer warranty and/or retailer's warranty; any costs or damage from repair and/or cleaning by anyone without written authorization from FPP, any cleaning and/or repair products and/or procedures without written authorization from FPP, any damage by FPP or Wood products not used according to product instruction; all natural characteristics that cause appearance variation; consequential or incidental damages except those expressly covered herein; personal injury damages; lost profits, lost savings, or other economic damages; loss of use of the affected item(s); furniture in storage, utilized for commercial use, non-residential, rental or in-home day care businesses; damage from prolonged exposure to fire or heat; damage from fraud, intentional acts, war, hostilities, terrorism, vandalism, and acts of God.

FPP, the distributor of the warranted furniture protection product, is the entity that is financially and legally obligated to perform the service specified in the Warranty.

These terms apply to warranties sold after December 8, 2015, using Furniture Care Protection.
