The Gardner White Trade Program is designed to support and reward professionals by offering exclusive discounts, tiered commission incentives, and priority services.

• Tier 1: Silver – 2% commission on purchases up to $40,000 within a calendar year.
• Tier 2: Gold – 3% commission on purchases between $40,001 – 75,000 within a calendar year.
• Tier 3: Platinum – 4% commission once purchases exceed $75,001 within a calendar year.
• Bonus Incentives – Additional rewards for high-volume designers or referrals.
• In Lieu: Special discounts in lieu of commission available.

• Interior designers, decorators, home stagers, event planners.
• Builders, developers and real estate professionals.

• Commissions based on net sales excluding delivery fees and design services.
• Commissions paid out quarterly post 30-day delivery.
• Current promotions apply. Commissions cannot be combined with additional discounts.
• Clearance or floor sample merchandise not eligible for discounts or commissions.
