Gardner White wants every child to be happy and healthy as they prepare for their new school year. With your help, we can make that a reality for hundreds of children in Metro Detroit.
614,000 people in our community struggle with hunger, including 146,000 children. Gleaners Community Food Bank has been serving Southeastern Michigan since 1977 providing food to more than 660 partner soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and other agencies across the region. They also reach our neighbors in need through mobile distributions and programs that are designed to directly reach children in Metro Detroit.
Gardner White is partnering with 104.3 WOMC to collect non-perishable food items to donate to the No Kids Go Hungry Gleaners food drive from Monday, July 18th through Saturday, July 30th. Metro Detroit community members are encouraged to head to their local Gardner White store to drop off their donations.
