At a time when many lower-income working families are struggling due to COVID-19, Gardner-White teamed up with Lighthouse to give dozens of local families a more comfortable place to call home. In the midst of the pandemic, Lighthouse recently opened Coolidge Place, a brand new, 15-million-dollar complex in Oak Park, built to address the critical need for affordable housing in Oakland County. The complex is now fully occupied.
Gardner-White donated and delivered furniture to complete the community building and public spaces. The community building will provide a safe place for children to study after school, yoga classes, financial literacy and health programs, and other opportunities.
We are proud to be partners with Lighthouse on this project and excited we once again got to work with the brilliant people at Humble Design.
