Pet of the Week – Stella

Each week, we feature a Pet of the Week from K9 Stray Rescue League in Oxford.

Meet Stella, an English Bulldog Mix. 🐶

My name is Stella. I am a 60lb senior (7yrs old or more) English bulldog mix.

I am hoping to find an adult only home that I can chill out in. I need my relaxing “me” time to be the most comfortable. I am crate trained. Man oh man my bed was comfy. My foster parents would find me all sprawled out and upside down with my legs in the air. Sometimes they even saw me kicking the air in my dreams.

Want to hear some comical things about me that my foster parents discovered? I’ve been known to imitate a seal. I gallop and flop around all over the place. My actions got a good laugh out of my foster parents. “Adorably hilarious” they said. What can I say I am a fun loving chick who aims to please.

Now that I am approaching my golden years, I have become accustomed to the finer things in life: walks, playtime, naps, and food. Do you think we could enjoy these things together? If we sound like we could be good together, send my friends an application for me and they will be in touch, K9Stray.com.
