Pet of the Week – Harold

Each week, we will be featuring a Pet of the Week from K9 Stray Rescue League in Oxford.

Meet Harold, a Hound Mix.

Oh my, look at this hunk of love named Harold! This big boy weighs in at 85 pounds (that is a lot of love) and is estimated to be between 4-7 years old.

Harold had the most perfect sit for his pictures as you can see, he knows shake and down, what a good boy. Harold takes treats so gently. He is very connecting and craves affection, just a real sweetie. He can be very vocal too, as those hounds can be!

Harold can be a bit stubborn though and will need an experienced adopter. He also needs to go to an adult only home due to some rawhide guarding. He easily relinquished the rawhide when you traded up with hotdogs, so it would be wonderful if his adopter could continue to work with him on this.

If you are interested in the big, lovable guy, please fill out an application at K9stray.com and we will be in touch.
