Pet of the Week – Lucy (Adopted!)

Each week, we will be featuring a Pet of the Week from K9 Stray Rescue League in Oxford.

Meet Lucy.

Lucy is a beautiful 65 pound Shepherd mix. She is very connecting and craves affection, she would just love to be by you all the time. She will definitely try to sneak in your lap and give you kisses! She is also a playful girl and loves toys and food puzzles, she particularly loves the snuffle mats. Her adopter does need to know how to instill leadership and provide physical and mental stimulation for her to be successful. Lucy came out of a home with a lot of dogs and as she grew up she became less patient with other canines antics. Due to this, Lucy is looking for a home where she is the only dog and she also needs some type of yard containment. Lucy may only go to a home where any children are at least 13 years old also, due to a bit of a rough play style. This sweet girl loves to go on adventures, she just loved the car ride, chillin and looking out the window! Lucy would love it if you came to the kennel to meet her, she would love to find her forever family.
