St. Anne’s Mead

St. Anne’s Mead has a 53-year legacy of providing the highest quality care for our aging population in a vibrant, interfaith environment.  From assisted living, to memory care and nursing care, St. Anne’s Mead offers comprehensive care and services in a warm, welcoming home.

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, funds raised support Capital improvements and the Angel Fund for residents-in-need.  Public education on issues that matter are a major focus from elder abuse prevention, to music therapy and dementia communications, St. Anne’s Mead takes the lead to inform and engage the community.

AREAS SERVED: Wayne County, Oakland County, Macomb County


WISH LIST: Volunteers to bring visiting pets/therapy dogs, volunteer gardeners, volunteers for other programs and events 

Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers for Events, volunteers to bring therapy dogs/visiting pets, volunteer gardeners, volunteers for events and outreach and volunteers for programs. 

Age of Volunteers: Adults and children 5 and up (children must be accompanied by an adult) 

CYO Camps

For over 70 years, CYO Camps have been building hearts of service and strong character through extraordinary friendships, meaningful relationships with adult role models, and awesome camp experiences along the shore of Lake Huron.

Age(s) Served: Campers between 7 and 16

Wish List: Donations and gifts make it possible for us to move forward in several areas.  Your help with any of the items below, even a small or large monetary donation, would be greatly appreciated:
– Archery bows and arrows
– Upgraded volleyball courts
– Lifeguard towers
– 10 Corcl (like a Kayak only better) and paddles
– Upgrades to the shower house

It is only with continued support and dedication from our community that CYO Camps can develop to their fullest potential in service to children and youth. In addition, we are endlessly seeking donations for our events and always hoping to find more businesses to support of our development efforts.  

Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers are always welcome. Each year, prior to camp season, people of all ages, carpenters, contractors, youth groups and families (children 5 and up) willing to donate time and energy come to fix and clean up the camps with food and housing provided!  We are in need of high school students (+16) to volunteer a week of their time each summer to help in the kitchen and then work with campers in the evening.

Adults and children 5 and up (children must be accompanied by an adult) High School Students (+16)
