Your personality could tell you how much sleep you need to get to be productive throughout the day and for your health. Do you get as much sleep as your sign says you should?

Aquarius ♒️ (January 20 – February 18)
7 hours
As an Aquarius, you need enough sleep to feel balanced. Your dreams can be a stepping stone for ideas, so keep a dream journal next to your bed to write them down. Stay away from electronics and calm your mind before bed so you can get good REM sleep.

Pisces ♓️ (February 19 – March 20)

A Pisces is used to running on empty, but that doesn’t mean you should. Get a good night’s rest so you can give your best throughout the day. You’ll feel refreshed and ready to take on the day. You are also someone who needs to dream to maintain your imaginative and dreamy spirit.

Leo, known for catnaps. As a social butterfly and busy bee, you might need to take naps before going on to the next thing you have planned. A Leo doesn’t usually need a full 8 hours of sleep during the night because the quick naps they take during the day is sufficient enough for them.

The Virgo is such a hard worker and takes their time seriously, meaning they may think sleep is a waste of time. But you’ll need a solid 7 hours of sleep so you can continue working hard. If you don’t get enough, you can become unproductive.

A Libra is known for balance, so if you’ve had a long day, it is important to get a full night’s sleep. If you had a more relaxing day, you probably won’t need as much as usual. You also want a pleasing sleep space, so decorate your bedroom and don’t be afraid to splurge.
